Fasimirin Olawumi
Director
My name is Fasimirin Olawumi, Director of Masterminds Daycare and a proud mother of three beautiful children. My journey in childcare began from a genuine love for children and a desire to create a place where every child feels safe, loved, accepted, and valued. I hold a BSc in Public and Allied Health, a Diploma in Child and Youth Care, and am a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator with over 15 years of experience working with children. I also have training in food safety, child and youth behavioural management, childcare first aid, and administering emergency medication. Before opening Masterminds Daycare, I operated a licensed family day home for five years. This experience taught me that every child is unique and deserves patience, understanding, encouragement, and the opportunity to thrive. As both an educator and a mother, I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident and at peace when entrusting their children to someone else. At Masterminds Daycare, my heart is to build a warm, inclusive, and nurturing community where children can learn, grow, and be themselves, while families feel welcomed, heard, and supported.
Cindy
Educator
my name is Cindy, and I am a passionate teacher with over nine years of teaching experience in the Philippines. In August 2023, I moved to Canada to further my education and pursue my passion for supporting children and families. I completed the Child and Youth Care program at Lethbridge Polytechnic and have also earned my Level 3 Early Childhood Educator certification. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with children from diverse backgrounds, helping them develop academically, socially, and emotionally. As a mother to my son, I bring not only professional knowledge but also personal understanding of children's developmental needs. Parenthood has deepened my patience, empathy, and ability to build meaningful relationships with children and their families. I understand the trust parents place in educators and strive to provide the same care, guidance, and support that I would want for my own child. I started working at Masterminds Daycare in April 2026. I am committed to creating a warm, caring, and stimulating environment where every child can learn, explore, and thrive.

Anisha
Educator
My name is Anisha, and I’m from Nepal. When I was younger, I often helped take care of my cousins, and that’s what encouraged me to work in childcare. I realized that I really enjoy spending time with children and being part of their learning and growth. In my free time, I love going for hikes, visiting lakes, watching sunsets, and painting. I’m happy to be working with children and look forward to making lots of fun memories together! ❤️
Ramandeep Kaur

My name is Ramandeep Kaur. I was born and raised in Punjab, India, and moved to Canada five years ago. I currently live in Lethbridge, Alberta. I graduated from Lethbridge Polytechnic in 2023 with a diploma in Business Operations. Although my educational background began in business, I discovered my passion for working with children and decided to pursue a career in Early Childhood Education. I currently hold my ECE Level 1 certification and am continuing my studies in the ECE field to further develop my knowledge and skills. I look forward to building meaningful relationships with children and families and supporting children as they develop confidence, independence, and a love for learning. My goal as an Early Childhood Educator is to create a positive and welcoming environment where every child feels valued, respected, and encouraged to be themselves.
Jadyn Binder
Educator
Hi! My name is Jadyn Binder. I have been passionate about childcare since I was 16 years old. Working with children is an incredible honour as we are helping establish the next generation of adults. I will always do what I can to aid children in their growth and development. They are our future! Fun fact about myself is that I am fluent in French! I am also a nerdy crafty person which makes working in a daycare that much more fun.
